Regit Tubes
Schuster's team brings with it several decades of experience in the field of tubes & Hoses, manifolds, and Ducts to the aviation field. The Schuster team will set up an engineering and production for you of aviation tubes according to the requirements of the leading OEMs. With engineering expertise in manufacturing aviation tubes, fine precision machining and expertise in hose assembly, we work closely with major airframe and engine manufacturers worldwide. Our industrial experts will help you develop lightweight and high strength tubes and help solve the technical challenges of our customers. We manufacture high performance tubes in an extensive range of stainless steel, titanium, Aluminum, Copper, Inconel and nickel alloys for critical aerospace applications.
Tubes are used in many aircraft systems and also as structural tubes.
Tubes are a unique niche market, despite the large amount of piping in passenger planes, defense planes, UAVs, missiles and more. The Shuster team will be with you from the stage of receiving the RFQ to the delivery to the complete satisfaction of the customer
Manifolds & Ducts
Computed radiography, a form of X-ray imaging, has been embraced widely by many major manufacturing companies. As a type of nondestructive testing (NDT), computed radiography is a powerful tool in the aerospace sector where it is frequently used to ensure the safety and integrity of manufactured components and assemblies. Imaging plates can be used directly in the hard cassette or multiple image plates via a feed tray, with up to two-meter imaging plates available for panoramic exposures. The quality of the images can be checked in real time, as they are generated and then digitally transferred and enhanced swiftly. This makes the CR technique much more efficient, through both eliminating the processing stage required for radiographic film and through the production of a much more superior quality of the final image.
