Painting and surface treatments

The Schuster team will help you set up a complete aviation painting factory. We treat the surface of metal components, which improves its aesthetic appearance, and also provides additional benefits. We then apply a coating on top which can also protect the component from corrosion caused by environmental conditions or chemicals that may be introduced in the working environment. These treatments also slow down wear and tear to components so that the parts last longer. There are numerous surface treatments that may be used during the aerospace coating process. Machine Parts

Schuster team completely will assist you in establishing a complete one stop machining solution to aerospace industry which consists of two primary machining processes ‘i.e.’ turning and milling – described below. Heat Exchangers

With over 35 years of experience, the Schuster team provides comprehensive solutions, including design, development, manufacturing and MRO services for Thermal Management for both commercial and military applications. Our extensive array of OEM solutions includes high temperature resistant pre-coolers, fuel submerged hydraulic heat exchangers, oil coolers, high-end cold plates, air cycle ECS heat exchangers, vapor cycle heat exchangers, power electronics cooling systems, and environmental control systems. Heat can be transferred by three difference means namely: conduction, convection, and radiation. In general, heat transfer is an especially important parameter for the aerospace industry. In some cases, transfer of heat energy can be determined by simply applying the laws of thermodynamic and fluid mechanics. The Schuster team will assist you in developing this unique technology.
