The First Aviation Tubes Factory In India
In 2012, the Schuster Team established its first aerospace manufacturing facility in India, specializing in rigid aerospace tubing, starting from a greenfield operation.
The facility scaled from zero to 450 employees and has since grown into a highly successful aerospace manufacturer, with a current company valuation exceeding USD 400 million.

India's leading factory for wiring and harnesses
In 2007, the Schuster Team was assigned to establish an aerospace wiring and harness manufacturing facility in India.
Today, the facility generates annual revenues exceeding USD 60 million, has expanded its operations to establish manufacturing facilities in multiple countries, and is preparing for a public listing on the Indian stock exchange.
Conversion of a B767 aircraft from passenger to freighter configuration (P2F)
In 2016, the Schuster Team established a full-scale manufacturing operation for the production of complete tubing sets in full compliance with Boeing standards.
The production system was developed to support the passenger-to-freighter (P2F) conversion program for Boeing 767 aircraft, delivering aerospace-grade quality, traceability, and on-time performance.
Establishing a Wiring Production Line in Romania (From 4 to 170 Employees)
The Schuster Team was engaged under a comprehensive support agreement to establish the production infrastructure for wiring manufacturing for a leading global aerospace company. The scope included production floor layout design, development of work instructions and procedures, procurement support, and engineering services to ensure a robust and scalable wiring manufacturing operation.
Establishing a complete composite section production line for the B787
The Schuster Team established a complete “greenfield” production line for a full Boeing 787 structural section, following an extensive training program at Boeing facilities in the United States. The project included full production setup, process definition, and alignment with Boeing’s stringent quality and manufacturing standards.
Development of a Tubes and Manifold set for a ground power unit
The Schuster Team has extensive experience in the engineering and manufacturing of piping systems and nozzles for jet engines used as power generators. This expertise was applied during the ownership transfer of a facility in Canada from Rolls-Royce to Siemens, ensuring seamless operational continuity and compliance with technical standards.
Replacement of aircraft wiring systems
The Schuster Team successfully executed the complete replacement of aircraft wiring systems, upgrading Russian-standard wiring to meet Western aerospace standards. This project involved full engineering, production, and quality assurance to ensure compliance with international specifications and safe operational performance
Establishment of an Aluminum production plant according to aviation standards
The Schuster Team has proven expertise in establishing full-scale aluminum manufacturing facilities, producing aerospace-grade aluminum in strict compliance with leading OEM requirements. Planning and execution of P2 aircraft conversion
The Schuster Team is certified by the FAA in the United States for the engineering and manufacturing of kits used in converting passenger aircraft to freighter configuration. Establishing a production line for insulation blankets for MRO
As part of the Schuster Team’s comprehensive support for Aircraft Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) centers, the team established a production department for insulation blankets fully compliant with Boeing standards. This setup included process design, quality assurance, and production support to meet the highest aerospace requirements.
